Accounting Services Ltd is a Swindon based residential property letting company and chartered management accountants.
The company was formed in 1985 and we have managed residential property since 1993. From 2003 we also managed property and estates for leaseholders of residents management companies and in 2017 due to continued growth the estates and block management was transferred to our sister company Block Management Ltd.
The business now concentrates on managing our own residential property in Swindon, and providing a professional accounting service.
We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation gained over many years both as Chartered Management Accountants and as residential property managers.
Accounting Services Ltd aim is to provide a friendly and professional service that we hope will come as a refreshing change to many. We have a panel of local specialist and general contractors all of whom are vetted by us to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
