We are pleased to have arranged a Presentation on Enfranchisement
that was held at Stanton House Hotel, Stanton Fitzwarren, Swindon SN6 7SD
on 20 October 2015
Collective and Leasehold Enfranchisement is the process where leaseholders join together to acquire the freehold of the building/site in which they are a leaseholder. This will add to the value of the property which would otherwise decline over time as the lease expires.
The presentation addressed the following questions:-
• Why should I consider participating?
• How much will it cost me?
• What are the benefits to me?
• What is the best time to do this?
• What happens if I do not participate?
• Will my property be worth more if I participate?
• What is the process and how long will it take?
The meeting was addressed by the following professionals together with Financial Advisor, Philip Gerrish (T: 07929 274713) who were pleased to take questions after their presentation.
